How do I generate a report?

You can generate a report of your maintenance ticket activity into an excel file and see an overview of ticket activity on the reports page

How to generate a report

To generate a report of maintenance tickets:

  1. Click reports
  2. Filter by any combination of building, status, category, user, ticket details, or tags by clicking on the drop down menus, selecting fields, and pressing save
  3. To expand the reports on the page, click the + to view ticket summaries for each building
  4. To download the report click Download Detailed Report
  5. Sort the hierarchy by which category you’d like items grouped by (buildings, categories, users, statuses)
  6. Check the boxes if you want to see 
  7. Click generate and download
