Want to only see payments that you’ve already received? Looking for a particular payment that was reversed? Try filtering payments by status. This will allow you to filter payments based on whether they’re Received, Submitted (but not received), Reversed, or Refunded.
Filtering payments by status
To filter payments by status:
- Click Payments in the left-side menu.
- Click the Status drop down at the top of the screen.
- Select one or more status options that you want to see.
- Click Save.
