How do I create a maintenance ticket?

You can add a building, unit, tenant, due date, category, tag(s), an assignee, and a priority to tickets you create to organize maintenance requests.

Assign a building

To filter for a particular building:

  1. Click the building drop down
  2. Search or scroll for your building
  3. Select your building(s)
  4. Click save


Assign a unit

To filter for a particular unit:

  1. Select your building from the building drop down
  2. Click the unit drop down
  3. Search or scroll for your unit
  4. Select your unit(s)
  5. Click save
