Do you often need to view payments or maintenance tickets for the same few buildings? You don’t need to check them all off every time when filtering. With building groups, you can save a set of buildings and quickly filter to only see tickets or payments from those properties.
Creating a building group
To create a new building group:
- On any page where you can filter by building, click the Building dropdown.
- Under Building groups, click the Select group dropdown.
- Click Create new group.
- Enter a name for the group.
- Select the buildings that should be included.
- Click Save.
Filter by an existing group
To filter by an existing building group:
- On any page where you can filter by building, click the Building dropdown.
- Under Building groups, click the Select group dropdown.
- Select the group you’d like to filter by.
- Click Filter by this group.
Editing a building group
To edit a building group:
- On any page where you can filter by building, click the Building dropdown.
- Under Building groups, click the Select group dropdown.
- Select the group you’d like to edit.
- Click Edit this group.
- Edit the group name or the buildings included in the group.
- Click Save.
Deleting a building group
To delete a building group:
- On any page where you can filter by building, click the Building dropdown.
- Under Building groups, click the Select group dropdown.
- Select the building group you’d like to delete.
- Click Delete this group.
