How do I automatically assign tickets to users?

You can automatically assign all maintenance tickets for a specific unit and/or category to users.

How to use Auto Assign

To auto assign tickets to users:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to the Auto Assign Tickets Tab
  3. Click Switch to Edit Mode
  4. Next to the user, click the building or category drop down menu
  5. Select the building/category
  6. Click save
