How do I add a template email for closing a maintenance ticket?

You can edit create a template to send to tenants when closing a ticket.

How to add a template for closing tickets

To add the template:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Email Templates
  3. Click Add New next to Closing tickets
  4. Enter a name for the template
  5. Add the comment you want to send to a tenant
  6. Click save

How to add a closing reply when closing a ticket

To add a closing reply:

  1. Go to Maintenance
  2. Click into the ticket
  3. Click Close Ticket drop down menu
  4. Choose Close & send email
  5. Pick a template or type a manual note
  6. Click Send email and close ticket
