You can edit create a template to send to tenants when closing a ticket.
How to add a template for closing tickets
To add the template:
- Go to Settings
- Click Email Templates
- Click Add New next to Closing tickets
- Enter a name for the template
- Add the comment you want to send to a tenant
- Click save
How to add a closing reply when closing a ticket
To add a closing reply:
- Go to Maintenance
- Click into the ticket
- Click Close Ticket drop down menu
- Choose Close & send email
- Pick a template or type a manual note
- Click Send email and close ticket
