Curious about how many maintenance tickets are being generated for each of your buildings? Wondering which of your users is the best at closing their tickets? ManageGo can show you a wide variety of information about your maintenance tickets. Here’s how to generate and view your own maintenance reports.
How to view reports on the ManageGo website
To view a basic breakdown of maintenance tickets:
- Click the Reports tab in the left-side menu.
- Use filters to specify what should be included in the report. Filters include building, ticket status, ticket category, assigned user, tags, other ticket details, and date range. Note that while most of these filters are found in the dropdowns in the “Include in report:” section, the date filter is located above that.
- Use the “Show report by” dropdown to group your report. You can group by building, ticket category, assigned user, or ticket status.
You’ve now generated a basic maintenance ticket breakdown, showing the number of tickets based on the parameters you selected. For more information on maintenance tickets, you can also download a detailed report.
How to download detailed reports
To download a detailed report on your maintenance tickets:
- Click the Reports tab in the left-side menu.
- Use filters to set what should be included in the report, just like in step 2 above.
- Click the Download detailed report button at the top right of the screen.
- Drag and drop the boxes on the left side of the new window to specify how your report’s Breakdown section will be organized. Items at the top of the list are most important; items at the bottom of the list are least important.
- If you’d like, use the checkboxes on the right side of the window for some more advanced options.
- Click the Generate and download button.
- Click the Download button in the new window that pops up below.
That’s it! Your maintenance report will download as an Excel spreadsheet file. It will feature a list of all included tickets with details about each, as well as a Breakdown tab showing a summary of your tickets based on the order you selected in step 4.
